Welcome to the fourth International Interdisciplinary Conference on Research on Work which will be held 14-16 August 2019 in Helsinki.
The theme for the WORK2019 Conference, Real Work in the Virtual World addresses the complexities of current and future work across several topics such as occupations, industries, technologies and national contexts. The theme calls for and welcomes explorations on contextualized work and workers, slow shifts and changes in the working life, but also drastic new developments in societies and economies.
If you are interested in submitting a proposal for a stream to the next WORK2019 conference, it is time to act now! Submission for new streams is open! Send us your proposal by email: WORK2019@utu.fi by the end of September 2018.
