In general, you will have c. 15 minutes for your presentation and some additional time for discussion, depending on the length of the Stream, the number of the presentations and the Stream convenor. You may receive\u00a0additional instructions from your Stream convenor.<\/p>\n
You do not need to submit a full paper for the Stream.<\/p>\n
For the oral presentation, please use the PowerPoint (PPT or PPTX), PDF file or similar, and copy your presentation to USB memory stick for the upload prior your session.\u00a0 If you wish to use your own Mac\u00a0for your presentation, please bring your own adapter for VGA input and take into account the extra time needed for the change of computer in preparing your presentation.<\/p>\n

Each poster is introduced as a part of the stream session with a brief presentation (c. 5 minutes).<\/p>\n
The size of the poster\u00a0board is 88 cm (width) x 118 cm (height), which\u00a0corresponds\u00a0approximately to\u00a0size A0.<\/p>\n
In preparing your poster, make sure it delivers your key points, and is readable within a short time. Also, make sure it fits the measures of the\u00a0boards available. It is important to have your contact details in the poster. Please bring your poster printed in final format to the stream session to which your poster presentation has been allocated.<\/p>\n
